Complimenting the flywheel, the 430 offers 8 levels of manual resistance plus 3 custom target programmes alongside HRC and recovery functionality, making it the ideal cross trainer for steady-state and interval training. Manually adjusted, the 430 offers instant resistance transitions for sharper home cardio workouts.
