Click & Collect Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Click & Collect Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Click & Collect service offered by MAMMOUTH TRADING CO. LTD trading as Courts Mammouth (“Courts Mammouth”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order through the Click & Collect service, the customer (“you” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms, in addition to Courts Mammouth’s general Terms and Conditions available on our website.

2. Order Placement and Payment

2.1 Orders placed via the Click & Collect service shall be deemed confirmed only upon successful receipt of full payment by Courts Mammouth.

2.2 Payment for Click & Collect orders is accepted via instant payment methods only, including but not limited to Juice, POP and bank cards.

2.3 Courts Mammouth reserves the right to reject or cancel any order where payment is unsuccessful, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, or fails to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

3. Order Processing and Availability

3.1 Where the Click & Collect service is available at the selected branch, orders are generally processed and made available for collection immediately.

3.2 Notwithstanding the above, processing times may vary due to operational constraints, technical issues, high demand, power outages, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Courts Mammouth.

3.3 Courts Mammouth does not guarantee immediate availability in all circumstances and shall not be liable for any delay in order preparation.

4. Product Reservation

4.1 Products purchased under the Click & Collect service shall be reserved at the selected branch for a period of three (3) days from the date of purchase.

4.2 The reservation period may not be extended unless expressly agreed to by Courts Mammouth in writing or via official communication channels.

5. Non‑Collection and Automatic Cancellation

5.1 If an order is not collected within four (4) days from the date of purchase, the order shall be automatically cancelled.

5.2 Upon cancellation, a refund shall be processed using the original method of payment, subject to the processing timelines and conditions imposed by the relevant payment service provider.

6. Collection Location

6.1 Orders must be collected strictly from the branch selected at the time of purchase.

6.2 In the event that the selected product is unavailable at the chosen branch, Courts Mammouth’s Online Team shall contact the customer to arrange collection from an alternative branch, subject to availability.

7. Collection Hours

7.1 Collection of Click & Collect orders is limited strictly to the official opening hours of the selected branch.

7.2 Customers are responsible for verifying store opening days and times prior to visiting the branch.

8. Identification and Proof of Purchase

8.1 At the time of collection, the customer or their authorised representative must present:
 (a) the order confirmation email or valid proof of purchase; and
(b) a valid identification document, namely a National Identity Card or Passport.

8.2 Courts Mammouth reserves the right to refuse release of any order where the required documentation is not presented or is deemed invalid.

9. Stock Issues and Substitution

9.1 In the event of stock unavailability, discrepancies, or defects identified prior to collection, Courts Mammouth shall notify the customer.

9.2 The customer may be offered an alternative product of equivalent value or may opt for a full refund, processed via the original payment method.

10. Order Amendments and Enquiries

10.1 Requests relating to order amendments, reservation extensions or non‑collection matters must be addressed promptly to Courts Mammouth’s Online Department.

10.2 Customers may contact the Online Department on +230 207 1100 or via email at online@courtsmammouth.mu.

11. Inspection upon Collection

11.1 Customers are required to inspect all products at the time of collection, prior to leaving the store.

11.2 Any damage, missing items, or discrepancies must be reported immediately to store personnel.

12. Acceptance of Goods

12.1 Upon collection and signature, or departure from the store with the goods, the products shall be deemed accepted in good condition.

12.2 Claims for damage or shortages reported after collection may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

13. Delivery and Additional Services

13.1 Click & Collect orders are strictly for in‑store collection only. Home delivery is not available under this service.

13.2 Customers may request additional services such as delivery or installation (where applicable) at an additional cost. Any such services shall be arranged separately and governed by Courts Mammouth’s standard delivery and installation terms.

14. Refunds

14.1 Refunds arising from cancellation or stock unavailability shall be issued using the original payment method.

14.2 Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, banking institution, or platform used.

15. General

15.1 Courts Mammouth reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Click & Collect service or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

15.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.

15.3 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Courts Mammouth’s general Terms and Conditions, the general Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
