Organiser
The Ring Contest ("Contest") is organised by Mammouth Trading Co. Ltd, trading as Courts Mammouth ("the Organiser").
Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Contest Period
The Contest shall run until 17 September 2026, inclusive.
A contest post will be published daily at 16:00 on the official Courts Mammouth Facebook page.
The final contest post will be published on 17 September 2026 at 16:00, with the final deadline for entries and likes being 08:00 on 18 September 2026.

Eligibility
The Contest is open to individuals residing in Mauritius who have a valid and active Facebook account.
The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

How to Enter
To participate, entrants must answer the question by posting a comment directly under the relevant Contest post published on the official Courts Mammouth Facebook page.
Only comments posted before the applicable deadline will be considered.

Entry Deadline
Entries and likes will be counted up to 08:00 on the day following the publication of the relevant Contest post ("Deadline").
Comments submitted or likes received after the Deadline will not be taken into consideration.

Winner Selection
The participant whose comment receives the highest number of likes at the Deadline shall be declared the winner, subject to verification by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to disregard any likes originating from fake, inactive, duplicate or automated Facebook accounts or from any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of the Contest.

Disputes
In the event of any dispute, including a tie or any doubt regarding the authenticity of likes or Facebook profiles, the matter shall be determined by the internal Courts Mammouth marketing panel.
The panel's decision shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeal shall be entertained.

One Prize Per Participant
Each participant may win only one prize during the entire Contest period.
Any subsequent winning entry by a previous winner shall be disregarded, and the prize shall be awarded to the next eligible participant.

Winner Announcement and Prize Collection
Winners will be announced on the official Courts Mammouth social media pages and may be contacted by telephone and/or email.
Failure to claim the prize within the timeframe communicated by the Organiser may result in the prize being forfeited and awarded to another eligible participant.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Data Protection
Any personal data collected in connection with the Contest shall be processed by the Organiser in accordance with the applicable data protection laws of Mauritius and used solely for the administration of the Contest, including winner verification, prize notification and prize collection.
By participating in the Contest, participants consent to the processing of their personal data for these purposes and acknowledge that their name and/or photograph may be published on the official Courts Mammouth website and social media platforms for the purpose of announcing the winners.

Reservation of Rights
The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant, disregard any likes, amend these Terms and Conditions, or suspend, modify or terminate the Contest at its sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation or any circumstance affecting the proper administration of the Contest.

Limitation of Liability
The Organiser shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunction, interruption or system failure affecting participation in the Contest.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
